What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, Affirm, and BellaKate gift cards.

What is a CVC/CVV number and where is it located?

The CVC/CVV for Mastercard, Visa, and Discover is a 3-digit code on the back of the card, and for American Express, it is a 4-digit code on the front.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged immediately.

Shipping

What shipping methods are used in the United States?

Domestic Shipping: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

Special Shipping Requests: Customers may request signature required,Saturday delivery, or any special shipping needs, and we will do our best to accommodate these requests.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Does someone need to sign for my package?

No, packages do not require a signature.

How long does delivery take?

US orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You should receive your package within 2 days of processing!

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes.

Can I expedite shipping for my order?

Overnight shipping for $30.

Can I ship to a freight forwarding address?

No, we do not ship to freight forwarders to protect against shipping errors.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn
with tags attached.

Can I return an item purchased on sale?

Sale items may not be returned and are considered Final Sale items.

Can final sale items be returned?

No, Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I return an item?

Visit our returns page and follow the instructions. You will receive a QR
code and return label.

When will my return be processed?

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

When do I get my refund after I've returned an item?

Refunds are processed within two weeks of us receiving your items.

Can I return an item I bought online to a BellaKate store?

All orders must be returned online.

Do you accept exchanges?

Place a new order and return the original item using the return
instructions. Call us to place an exchange order by phone.

How will I know if BellaKate has received my return?

You will receive an email once your return is processed.

Can I return items if the tag is no longer attached?

No, returns are not accepted without tags or if the items have been worn.

Log into your account and select the order number under the order history to view details and track your order.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is charged based on the shipping address for certain states.

Can I order by phone?

No, we only take online orders.

No, we do not offer gift messages or gift wrap currently.

Can I ship an item with a gift receipt?

Yes, the receipts in our packages do not contain prices.

Yes, we accept gift cards online. Check your balance on our website.

Can I buy a gift card online?

Yes, you can purchase E-Gift Cards online.
