Shipping & Local Pickup

At BellaKate, we aim to get your new favorite pieces to you as quickly and beautifully as possible.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rate: All orders ship via standard ground for a flat rate of $9.00.

Local Pickup: Local pickup is available at our Bee Cave boutique during regular business hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages: BellaKate is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an issue arises, we are happy to help assist with filing a carrier claim.

Unavailable: We are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
